Welcome to Winning-competitions . These terms and conditions govern your participation in any skills based competition organised by Winning-Competitions . By purchasing a ticket and participating, you agree to comply with them. Please read them carefully before entering any of our raffles.

Eligibility

1.1. You must be 18 years or older to participate in any skills based competition hosted by Winning-competitions.

1.2. Participation is restricted to residents of the United Kingdom.

1.3. By entering the skills based competition, you confirm that you meet the age and residency requirements. Proof of identity and age may be required before a prize is awarded.

1.4. Employees of Winning-competitions, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the organisation of the skills based competition are not eligible to participate. 

2. How to Enter

2.1. Entries can be purchased through the official Winning-competitions platform at https://winning-competitions.co.uk/ or other authorised channels.

3.2. Each skills based competition will specify the entry cost, the number of tickets sold, and the closing date for ticket purchases.

3.3. All ticket purchases are final, and no refunds will be given except in the case of cancellation of the skills based competition.

3.4. Multiple entries may be permitted, but any limits on the number of tickets that can be purchased per person will be specified for each individual skills based competition.

3.5. Entries must not be purchased on behalf of individuals under the age of 18.

3.6 If you wish to enter for free please send a postcard to Winning Competitions Ltd, 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX stating which draw you wish to enter. please include all your personal details, Name, address, email address and phone number so we can enter you into the draw. failure to add any of these will invalidate the entry. The entry period closes 2 weeks before the end of the draw. 1 free entry per draw per individual.

Skills based competition draw

4.1. The date and method of the skills based competition will be specified on the web page.

4.2. The draw will be conducted fairly, using either a certified random number generator (RNG) or another independently verified method of random selection.

4.3. If a raffle does not meet the required number of entries or for any other reason must be cancelled, participants will receive a full refund.

4.4. The result of the draw is final, and no correspondence regarding the outcome will be entered into.

Prizes

5.1. The prize(s) for each skills based competition will be described on the web page. If said prize is a vehicle, it is the buyers responsibility to carry out pre purchase checks.

5.2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative unless otherwise stated.

5.3. Winners will be contacted using the details provided at the time of ticket purchase.

5.4. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 72 hours of the initial contact, Winning-competitions reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner or dispose of it as they see fit, in line with applicable regulations.

5.5. Winning-competitions will bear the cost of delivering the prize to winners within the United Kingdom, unless otherwise stated. International shipping costs, if applicable, must be borne by the winner.

5.6. Once a prize is delivered, Winning-competitions are not responsible for any insurance, maintenance or defects 

Payment and Entry Fees

6.1. All entries must be paid for at the time of purchase through the payment methods specified on the Winning-competitions platform.

6.2. Entry prices and any associated fees will be clearly stated on the web page.

6.3. Any entries that are incomplete, unpaid, or otherwise invalid will not be included in the skills based competition. 

Winner Announcement

7.1. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided upon purchase within 24 hours of the draw. 

7.2. Winners will be announced on the Winning-competitions platform and/or social media, but participants may opt-out of such announcements by notifying us at the time of entry.

7.3. By entering the skills based competition, you agree to allow Winning-competitions to use your name and location for promotional purposes, and agree to participate in media related activities when the prize is delivered.

Responsible Gambling

8.1. Winning-competitions promotes responsible gambling. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to seek help from organisations such as GamCare (http://www.gamcare.org.uk) or BeGambleAware (www.begambleaware.org).

8.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a participant's involvement in any skills based competition if there are concerns regarding problem gambling or if they are found to be in violation of these terms.

Taxes and Legal Compliance

9.1. Any taxes, duties, or other fees arising from the receipt of a prize are the responsibility of the winner.

9.2. Winning-competitions will comply with all legal obligations, but winners should seek their own advice regarding the tax implications of their winnings.

Liability

10.1. Winning-competitions, its employees, or agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the skills based competition or the acceptance of any prize.

10.2. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or misdirected due to technical or other reasons beyond our control.

Cancellation or Changes

11.1. Winning-competitions reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any skills based competition at its sole discretion if there are reasonable grounds to do so, such as insufficient ticket sales, fraud, or technical issues.

11.2. If a skills based competition is cancelled, all participants will be entitled to a FULL refund of their entry fees. 

11.3 If the minimum ticket threshold is not reached, the winner will receive a cash prize equivalent to 70% of the total ticket revenue.

Data Protection and Privacy

12.1. Winning-competitions will process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12.2. Personal data collected will be used for the purposes of administering the raffle, contacting winners, and complying with legal obligations.

12.3. By entering a raffle, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

13.1. These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising from participation in Winning-competitions, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

13.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

General Information: This skills based competition is promoted by Winning-competitions (“the Promoter”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform. Winning-competitions is open to legal residents of the UK who are aged 18+. Employees of Winning-competitions, their immediate family members, and affiliated companies are not eligible. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility.

By entering, participants agree to: Abide by these Terms & Conditions and platform rules. Allow Winning-competitions to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes. Release Winning-competitions and social media platforms from any liability related to the skills based competition.

The Promoter reserves the right to: Disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions. Modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle if necessary. Participant information will only be used for administering the skills based competition and will not be sold or shared.
